Flottenparade der Sächsischen Dampfschiffahrt, in May, beautiful naval parade off the Terrace Brhul.
Dixielandfestival Dresden, in May, music festival with swing and jazz concerts of both famous artists and young artists. Do not miss the jam-sessions and the big Dixieland parade on historical vehicles.
Dresdner Stadtfest, in August, the feast of the city that is celebrated with a huge food-fest, many people and many art shows and music.
Dresdner Musikfestspiele, in May, is the largest classical music event in Germany. National and international artists converge here to delight an audience now exceeding 100,000.
